Digital document signing

Signing, kept simple.

MaxSign is how you sign a document that was sent to you. Open your link, confirm it is you, read the documents, and sign.

  1. 1

    A private link

The person or firm asking for your signature sends you a message. The link is on sign.maxlaw.co.za, and it is meant only for you.

  2. 2

    Confirm it is you

The page shows the name, email, and cell number the sender has on file. Continue only if those details are yours.

  3. 3

    Read and sign

Download each document, agree, and sign. MaxSign keeps the time you signed and a fingerprint of the original file.

Received a text?

A MaxSign message is about a document you have been asked to sign. It is not an advertisement, and it is not a request for your banking password or a one-time pin.

The link should begin with https://sign.maxlaw.co.za/sign/. On the page, check that the name is yours, then read each document before you sign. If anything looks wrong, close the page and contact the organisation that asked you to sign.
